Who We Are

A Structured Investment Vehicle for Frontier Energy

Black Barrel Capital deploys investor capital into secured physical fuel trades across Africa's highest demand markets.

Africa receives less than 2% of global private capital investment. Nine of the world's twenty fastest growing economies in 2025 were African. We sit squarely within that gap.

Diesel powers the mining operations extracting the critical minerals the world depends on. Demand is structural. So is the opportunity.

01
Physical, Not Speculative
Transaction Framework

Real cargoes, real counterparties, documented delivery. No derivatives or futures. Every trade backed by a formal Sales Purchase Agreement.

02
Counterparty Screening
KYC/AML and sanction screening prior to execution

70%+ of Africa's refined fuel is imported. Limited refining capacity and accelerating growth create persistent, repeatable opportunities.

03
Cash Generative Returns

5% monthly forecast. 30 to 45 day cycles. Capital rolls into the next trade.

04
Institutional Infrastructure

CBA escrow. ICC compliance. SWIFT settlement. AAA rated banking partners.
